App features
The eventIQ mobile app is built around one principle: reduce friction for attendees so they can focus on the event itself. Every feature earns its place by solving a real onsite problem.
Full brand control
The eventIQ mobile app is a white-label container — your colours, your logo, your splash screen, your home screen layout. Attendees see your brand from the first tap, not a generic platform. Build and preview the app in the web-based CMS, then publish changes instantly without app store resubmissions.
App lifecycle
Most event apps go live the week of the event and go quiet the day after. The eventIQ app is designed to extend the value of your event across its full lifecycle, keeping attendees engaged from the moment they register.
The moment an attendee registers, their app profile is created. Their ticket type, selected sessions, and preferences are already in the app — they just need to download it. A personalised invite goes out with the confirmation email.
Attendees browse the full programme, build or refine their personal agenda, explore speaker and sponsor profiles, and begin connecting with other attendees before arriving. Organisers can publish content and send scheduled notifications.
Attendees present their in-app QR code for check-in. No email searching. No printed tickets. Session check-in works the same way. The venue map helps everyone find where they need to be within seconds of walking through the door.
Push notifications keep everyone informed of changes, session starts, and opportunities. Live polls and Q&A tools run through the app during sessions. Attendees message contacts, schedule last-minute meetings, and engage with sponsor content throughout the day.
Session recordings, presentation slides, and follow-up surveys are published to the same app attendees already have installed. Connections made at the event persist. Organisers see engagement data broken down by session, attendee type, and sponsor interaction.
Built-in, not bolted on
A standalone event app requires data imports, manual syncing, and separate contracts. The eventIQ mobile app is built into The Experience Engine — registration, agenda, check-in, engagement, and analytics share one data layer.
A separate event app tool means a separate contract, a separate data upload process, and a gap between what is in your registration system and what attendees see in the app. Any update made in one system has to be manually reflected in the other.
Registration data populates the app automatically. Session choices, attendee type, and profile details made at sign-up are visible in the app from day one. One platform, one support team, one data layer connecting registration through to post-event analytics.
In a 30-minute demo we will walk you through the full attendee app experience, show how registration data flows in automatically, and set up a test event using your actual event type and format.
